The City of Sublimity’s Utility Billing staff provides billing administration for all City utilities, water, and sewer. Billings are sent out monthly, and customers typically receive their billings by the 1st, with payment due by the 10th. Current rates are reviewed annually, and adjustments are made by the resolution of the Council.
Current Rates
- Sewer is a Base rate of 62.92 per month.
- Water is a Base rate of $21.63 per Month plus usage based on a tier structure as seen below:
