The Sublimity Park and Recreation Commission, SPARC is responsible for developing and maintaining parks and recreation programs, as well as serving as an advisory board to the City Council. The SPARC is a five-member citizen board appointed by the City Council.

Meetings
The SPARC meets on the second Tuesday of the first month of every quarter at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Please see the SPARC calendar for our next meeting.

To speak during a SPARC meeting, please complete the Public Comment form by noon the day of the meeting to be input into our system.
