(This is a working session to discuss the water fund, including the possibility of adjusting water rates. Time permitting, the council may discuss water rights and issues dealing with water conservation).

Incorporated in 1903, population 2681, elevation 520 feet, coordinates of 44°49′47″N 122°47′34″W and 2260 square miles.
