We have tried to answer the most common questions citizens of Sublimity or visitors to our web site may have.   • City Hall office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 
  • Call City Hall (503-769-5475) to make reservations for a park shelter. Reservations are $50.  You will need to come by City Hall to complete a reservation form.
  • Backflow devices need to be tested yearly and the results submitted to the City. Call the City Shops for more information (503-769-2860).
  • The City provides mutt-mitts in the parks so dog owners can clean up after their pets. While in the parks, dogs need to be on a leash or under the complete control of the owner.
  • Water and sewer bills are due by the 10th of each month. If payment is not received by the 10th and it is necessary to hang an overdue notice, your account will be billed $25.00.
  • It is the City’s policy to NOT accept post-dated checks.
  • There is a 24-hour drop off slot near the front door of City Hall for water and sewer bill payments.
  • City Council meetings are normally held on the 2nd Monday of the month unless this conflicts with a holiday.  Meetings normally start at 7:00 PM.
  • City Planning Commission meetings are normally held on the last Monday of the month unless this conflicts with a holiday or there is no business to discuss. Meetings normally start at 7:00 PM.
